Online reference tool for transnational commercial law. Contains a comprehensive Digest of principles and rules of transnational commercial law. TLDB provides the user with comprehensive references taken from international arbitral awards,  domestic statutes, international conventions, standard contract forms, trade practices and usages, other sample clauses and academic sources.

CISG Online 
The CISG Online Project is maintained by the Law Faculty of the University of Basel. It provides the status of convention, text, articles, cases, bibliographic references and German case law on the U. N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

GATT Digital Library 1947-1994
This site provides access to documents and information of and about the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), an organization that promoted international commerce and the reduction of trade barriers among member states from 1947-1994. This digital library was created in a partnership between the Stanford University Libraries & Academic Information Resources (SULAIR) and the World Trade Organization (WTO).

The Integrated Database of Trade Disputes for Latin America and the Caribbean
The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean has launched a new online database on regional trade disputes. The
Integrated Database of Trade Disputes for Latin America and the Caribbean provides access to full information and documentation on trade dispute process, from initial filing to final enactment. It includes WTO, MERCOSUR, NAFTA, CARICOM, Andean Community, CACM and provides an option for an integrated search. T+-he database is also available in Spanish.

IEL Labour Law and Industrial Relations Online
IEL Labour Law online is the searchable PDF version of the looseleaf International Encyclopaedia for Labour Law and Industrial Relations (Kluwer Law International). Please note that the library copy of the print looseleaf is no longer updated. The database is updated monthly.
Organized into subject monographs covering international cases, international bodies such as the NAFTA and the ILO, and national laws, IEL Labour Law online also provides selected laws in English translation from over 20 nations.

NAFTA Home Page
Comprised of the U.S. Department of Commerce and  International Trade Administration. National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade 
The Inter-American Database has various projects which serve to identify and eliminate the structural legal obstacles to free trade through the harmonization of commercial laws and practice and the standardization of legal documentation. The Center has undertaken work in the following substantive areas: Banking, Environment ,Intellectual Property ,Labor, Secured Financing, Securities, and Transportation. Also includes selected English Translations of Mexican Laws.  IP access.

SourceOECD
The online publications portal of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, includes monographs, reports, selected periodicals, and the OECD statistical databases. A Major source for full-text articles on taxation, statistics, and economic trends. Information is available to university's users. Look also under OECD Free Online Publications and Documents. The portal includes 20 studies by themes, containing all monographs and reports; 24 periodicals online; some reference titles online; and the OECD statistical databases online. Major source for full-text articles on taxation, books, statistics, and economic trends.

UNILEX on CISG & UNIDROIT PRINCIPLES
International case law and bibliography on the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and on the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts – two of the most important international instruments for the regulation of international commercial transactions.
 

USA Trade Online
STAT-USA and the Foreign Trade Division of the U.S. Census Bureau. You can find specific U.S. export and import information on more than 18,000 commodities world wide. A password is required.

Trade Compliance Center (TCC
Contains more than 200 USA trade agreements. See also Market Access and Compliance (MAC On-Line), formerly the Global Export Market Information System (GEMS). Provides U.S. companies with the fullest range of information on accessing foreign markets.

World Trade Online
Inside USA Trade. A fee-based database providing expanded access to trade-related news from centers around the world. The library has a subscription. A password is required.

WorldTradeLaw.net Dispute Settlement Commentary Service
It is a comprehensive research tool for WTO Panel and Appellate Body Reports and WTO Arbitrations. The service is available on an annual subscription basis. IP access.
