Constitutions of the Countries of the World

Constitutions, Treaties, and Official Declarations 
This site is published by Keele University, U.K. and contains a collection of constitutions links to Wuerzburg, various documents including UN Charter, GATT, Treaty of Rome, Maastricht, Human Rights documents etc. For other international documents use the Search engine.

Constitutional Courts 
Index has a link to judicial institutions with the function of constitutional review.  See also European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice). Venice Commission of the Council of Europe is a body of independent experts in constitutional law. Its main field of activities is to advise new democratic States when they adopt or amend constitutions and closely related laws. The Commission also co-operates with about 40 constitutional courts in Europe and overseas, publishing summaries of their most important decisions in the Bulletin on Constitutional Case-Law. Summaries are also available in CODICES (CD-ROM or Internet) together with the full text of about 1500 decisions in various languages.

East European Constitutional Review 
A Quarterly Published by New York University Law School and Central European University. The East European Constitutional Review is  indexed by the American Bibliography of Slavic and East European Studies, ABSEES Online, subscription database at http://www.library.uiuc.edu/absees/

FindLaw the US Supreme Court Center 
An easy-to-read guide that leads visitors through historical documents, biographies, and Supreme Court decisions. Users can browse through the Federalist Papers, read the Constitution, or research the lives of the Founding Fathers or past and present Supreme Court Justices. It also provides free case law, including US Supreme Court cases from 1893.

Globalcourts
Provides information on Supreme Court decisions from around the World and links to other court related sites.

International Constitutional Law Project 
It is one of the most reliable sources on the Internet. ICL provides English translations of and other textual material related to constitutional documents. It cross-references those documents for quick comparison of constitutional provisions. By Dr. Axel Tschentscher, LL.M.
